The Internal Database upgrade on Power Armor helmets can give you +2 Intelligence, granting +6% XP. It's not that important a boost, but you can use it. Higher Int will make you level a touch faster - about 3% per point. The amounts you get are set, but can be boosted by your Intelligence score. Each level up will make the next take more XP, but you'll get more from quests and tougher enemies. This makes up your build.Д®very time you build something in a Settlement, make an armor modification, finish a quest, or discover a new location, you'll get experience points to count toward the next level. it's just a numeric value that could be cut down in the code, before saving (adding to the player's total XP poll). On the other hand, I cannot feel any concerns about lowering XP for quests/kills. How would this work with a possible cap increasing DLC is also a question

What If I reach XP level that exceeds the XP cap in vanilla, and then switch the mod off. what happens if I reach level 15 on the mod and then switch it off (would I get few level ups in a row?). In my opinion, current mod is prone to technical issues eg. In my opinion it would be far much better (and safer) to simply lower the XP for quests/kills rather than increasing XP needed to reach a new level. I checked the 'Slower Level Rate' mode out and I have few concerns about using it.
